In the first photo i'm 39 weeks pregnant (March.29/06, i delivered 5 days later)
with my 3rd child and weighed 179( i was 131 when i got preggo) i gained 49lbs!
In the second photo taken 9 months laterDec.06)
i weigh 136lbs and i wear a size 6.
I have been doing "On the ball" workout and "Just Abs" 6 days a week.
Also started working out 17 days after i gave birth doing the "Just arms & thighs" and "Just bra-roll and boobs"

I've been doing your mix it up plan since April 2001 -- I started off as a tight 16 and now I can fit into a tight 8.
I'm 35 and have 7 children that came out of my body. When I had my twins, I felt so fat and overweight I wore tent dresses. After doing other people's videos with no results, I found your videos 8 months after my last baby.
I love it that you give us the real workout and not some watered down silly stuff that doesn't produce results. After watching your videos, I saw results so fast I was hooked. Being a busy mom, I don't have time to mess around with silly workouts, period! I used to work out 2 hours with no results. Now I work out much less time because you cut out those wasted minutes for resting during weight lifting.
I'm not out there to become a bikini model. I just want women who are discouraged about their bodies to know that they can have the body of their dreams.
I'm still working on it, but in only a year I already feel sexy and gorgeous. You have given me a JV body one rep at a time, just as the mouse pad says.

Well, its coming upon 2 years of working out with Joyce Vedral. I started back in April of 01' and now its April 03' and look how far I've come. Noone believes I have 7 children!! I owe all my beautiful muscle tone and definition without bulk to JOYCE VEDRAL! I am hooked for life. I feel younger and more beautiful and have self esteem that goes through the roof. I am living proof that Joyce Vedral weight training works and I will do all I can for the rest of my life to convert any woman or man to start using your videos,DVD's, books and inspirational audios. Joyce you are an Angel sent from Heaven to free me from a depressed fat body.
I love you and can't wait to meet you when we meet up with Christ on the last day. I know we will be together someday.

54 Years Old, Before - 54 Years Old, After 26 weeks of doing Top Shape/Now Or Never.

In June 2002, at age 42, I found myself at an all-time high weight of 274 pounds!! The shock of those numbers on the scale was finally enough to convince me that it was "Now or Never!" I began seriously overhauling my diet and lifestyle. I am mom to 10 children (8 are adopted) and I really, really wanted to set a better, healthier example for them. I remembered Joyce's "Now or Never" book from several years ago and had actually tried the program and liked it.. But life got in the way, and it had been several years since I had done any weight training at all. I stumbled across Joyce's website and was thrilled to find that she had turned her fitness philosophy into video form. I promptly ordered several videos. Weight Training Made Easier and Fast Forward quickly became my favorites. Within 15 months, I had dropped 110 pounds and created LOTS of muscle. The photos are from April 2002 (at 274 pounds), July 2003, and September 2003 (at 164). I'm only 5'4" - so it's clear that muscles take up much less space than fat! My measurements changed drastically. Waist went from 44 to 29 inches. Hips from 53 to 39. Thighs from 27 to 21 inches. I finally have my life back!! I still have about 20 pounds - or one size - to go. I'm currently in comfortable size 10 jeans and would really like to be size 8. Changes come more slowly now - but wieight training with Joyce is never boring and I have no doubt that I will reach my goals!

Attached are my before and after pictures! Unfortunately the flash has got rid of some of the definition on my upper body but you can still see that my shape has changed rather a lot! Overall, I've lost 28lbs since September doing a combination of your workouts (I now weigh 133lbs) and have been using Eat to Trim for the past month.

First of all let me thank you for such a great product on the market. I love your tapes and feel that I can't live without them anymore. They have truly changed my life and I am thrilled to be a thinner healthier person. Last Saturday I hit the 100 pound mark that I have lost. I am
still a work in progress with my Dr. wanting me to lose another 6 pounds and a lot more firming to do with your tapes. I am hoping that by spring I will be able to wear a bikini and look good in it. I was a 24 when I started and weighed 253.5. I now weigh 153 and the pink suite I am wearing is a size 10 (which I never thought I would see again). I am 5 ' 7" tall. I am seriously considering doing the Shake-up plan to get there faster (just a little scared). Anyway, I just wanted to share my progress with you.

Dear Joyce,
I started out with Bottoms Up Gold Plus for 3 weeks, the 4th and 5th week with Bottoms Up Gold Plus I added Bone-Building, Body-Shaping Workout with Gut, Love Handle, Pouch Busters (1 set) on days with no ab workouts.
The 6th week I used Definition Workout and Weight Training Made Easier, I use them 4 days a week, the treadmill for 30 mins. or more 2 days a week and Sunday I take off. I try to eat low fat most of the week but we eat out alot for dinner and those chefs love to sneak in the butter and oil when I request neither, plus I give myself one day a week to eat anything I want so I don't feel deprived.
I am 52 years old and thought I was doomed to look like an old lady (I'm a proud grandmother of 3). I was wearing a tight size 12, size 10 are getting baggy and I'm about to get into size 8.
Joyce, thank you so much, I've always loved to lift weights but couldn't find a program that worked and with such fun and quick results as your video's.

Here it is 25 weeks since my "before" picture, I'm in size 8's which are baggy. I tried on a size 7 dress last week and it fit!!
I'm using Bottoms Up Gold Plus, Definition, Fast Forward, Weight Training made Easier, Bathing Suit Workout, Non Stop, Bone Building Body Shaping Workout, Fat Burning Workout and Gut, Love Handles, Pooch Busters Workout 4 to 5 days a week, mixing them up (not all in one week). I'm still eating low fat but with the holidays it's been a bit tough but will get back to it in the new year!
I have to keep buying new clothes, I feel wonderful!

Before starting the new workout combination after gaining 65 pounds with her 2nd pregnancy.

Baby one week old - 4 weeks after baby and happy because she started the workout.
Marthe after she lost 65 punds in one year and five days.
Marthe did Bottoms Up Gold Plus upper one day, middle the next, lower the next, Interval Aerobics the next, all of Bone Building Body Shaping Workout the next, Easy Does it Stretch the next. She did not have to take days off since the stretch video was a rest from weights--as was Interval Aerobics, but took a day off when needed, about once a week.

I recently saw some family at Thanksgiving time that had not seen me in a year..... of course they were completely shocked to see the new me. I bragged about you and your programs. Honestly , you are the reason why I have transformed my body. I am still working hard, trying to get a more defined body so I can send you a third picture reflecting exactly what your programs can do for someone with just a little effort on their part. My "dream" is to have a body that looks as if it is in good enough shape to be in a fitness competition. I just wanted to write to you and say thank you for quite possibly saving my life. A year and half ago, I was 255 lbs and was experiencing very bad headaches and dizzy spells, not to mention extreme back aches after I had a bad fall. When I went to the doctor he said that my blood sugar was way too low and my cholesterol was way to high. My eating habits were horrible, I won't even go there. He said I should exercise and eat more healthy.
I got on the internet to get a clue about a proper diet and exercise regime. I found you through Ediets, visited your site, bought a ton of your books and videos, learned about a proper diet with six small meals a day and plenty of water.
Today, I am 145 lbs (I've always been actually heavier than I looked-solid) and I am a lean, mean size 8!! I am 30 years old and have not ever felt this great and healthy in my life!! The next time I went to my doctor for another physical, he didn't even remember who I was!! My cholesterol has went down dramatically since I added cardio to my workouts. I will be sending you before and after photos hopefully this week.
I enjoy your videos so much, I can't even begin to workout without them. Thank you again. You are the greatest!! Many blessings to you!!

First of all, let me say "thank you" for saving my life. Without the guidance and inspiration of your books and tapes, I am sure i would be over 300lbs., by now.
I met a lady in a local gym one day, she was probably 60-65 years old. She looked fabulous to say the least, and she was working out with the book "Bottom's Up". Not only did she look great, she was doing bicep curls with 20# dumbells!!! Which was four times more than I could do at about half of her age! That was enough to send me on my way to the bookstore. I bought "Bottom's Up" and two 5# weights. The rest is history! I have been weight training ever since. I am now 80 lbs. lighter, 65 inches smaller, and 7 pant sizes smaller! (from a size 22 to a size 8). I also teach aerobics (have been for 5 years). I started my journey in 1990, at 250#. I realized then that this would be a life-long journey. Working out for me has become a part of my life, just like brushing my teeth! Something I will do for the rest of my life!

Michele first wrote to me when she had gone from a size 22 - 24 to a size 14 in twenty-six weeks after using my book The Fat Burning Workout. She later switched to my books Bottoms Up! and Definition, and got down to a size 12 after another twelve weeks.
I told Michelle that she looked fine the way she was, but she said, "what about my middle? I feel I still need some special work there". So I sent her the manuscript to a new book I was working on- The Bathing Suit Workout- and look what she did in twelve workout hours!
Michelle did the titanium Woman Workout from this book, fifteen minutes a day, three days a week. It took her sixteen weeks! She continues to switch back and forth between my other workouts for the rest of her body, among them Definition, The Fat-Burning Workout, & Bottoms Up!
Michelle is thirty years old and has a four-year-old son. She also works as a data processor, so she is very busy and does not have a lot of time to work out. "I did my workout at my lunch hour with my friend. I've got a whole lot of people doing your workout now".
"In spite of my hectic schedule, I always find time to do it. At first it seemed like a lot of work, but in a week you get familiar with the exercises and you don't have to read how to do them anymore-and I love the tear-out wall charts".
" I can see my middle body, my stomach and my hip-butt-thigh area. They are a lot tighter and the jigglyness is completely gone".

Kelley is thrilled with her results. She used my Fat-Burning Workout to get down from a size 16 to a size 8 in twelve weeks(sixteen workout hours). Then she used The Bathing Suit Workout, Doing the maximum plan; the Titanium Woman Workout three days a week for eight weeks (six workout hours), and look at her now!
Kelley says, "I'm a landscaper. I'm used to lifting fifty pound bags-and you see how I looked in my before photo. So what was wrong with this picture? Why wasn't I in shape? Well guess what: It's not how much you're lifting or working, it's how you're working. Once I learned what to do, I got the reults so fast people don't believe me. And if you think I have time to spend hours working out, forget it. I'm thirty-six and I have three children-ten, thirteen, and fourteen! I get my workout done and out of the way. I used to go to a health club but I dropped it. It wasn't working. I can do this with so little effort. Not only do I look better, but I feel so much better too-stronger, more energy."
Small wonder. The stomach or midsection, as you may know, is the center of strength. I asked Kelley what she's doing now in the way of a workout. She said, "I devised my own plan-switching back and forth using all of your books in cycles of six weeks for the rest of my body. I'll use The Fat Burning Workout for six weeks, then switch to Definition for six weeks, then use Bottoms Up! for six weeks, and so on. I do this to challenge my muscles-so they won't get bored." Kelley tells me that she has all of her friends working out!
